Winner: Wes Prime—Malleable Across New Challenges

Wes has done an exceptional job recently at showing his ability for HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINTS—PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS. He spent all of his time in the office for over a week in September and was largely responsible for attending to missed calls for Construction Staking. This additional effort by Wes was necessary to cover the office while Cory was enjoying some time off with his family. Wes stayed calm and collected, didn’t exhibit any stress, and COMMUNICATED well to his team. He delegated to other crew chiefs and stepped up to the challenge, displaying PASSION FOR CLIENTS’ SUCCESS and efficient responsiveness. You’d never have known it wasn’t something that he deals with all day, every day. Obviously, he’s been trained well to embrace a challenge and didn’t miss a beat.

Runner-up: Carolina Ortiz—Exemplary Customer Service

I want to nominate Carolina Ortiz for PLATINUM of the Month for demonstrating the characteristic of MALLEABLE—BEST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. John Heiner with Silver Fox (a new client relationship we’ve been pushing the last year plus) mentioned that FOCUS is doing an incredible job with COMMUNICATION, responsiveness, and hitting deadlines. He specifically mentioned Carolina regarding all of these compliments. He then said he’s been a developer for over 50 years, and he’s never seen the level of COMMUNICATION and CUSTOMER SERVICE that he’s been getting from Carolina and FOCUS. That’s huge praise from an experienced developer. Great work Carolina, this is what we’re going for. We know this result didn’t come without stress, sacrifice, and stretching yourself.
