Arrival Park is a three-acre lot that includes a modern pavilion, playground, paved trails, and a large field for various age groups to enjoy. This park is designed as a neighborhood gathering space for the Arrival Subdivision in Eagle Mountain, Utah. The Real Estate Group tasked the FOCUS land planning team to value engineer a previous design that was created by a different firm. This prompted a unique set of challenges as FOCUS had to create a park that would meet the client's aesthetic, design, and budget requirements. The FOCUS team communicated and took the initiative to understand the issues and problems that the previous firm ran into. The land planning team worked to meet all of these needs by ensuring there was effective coordination between the builder and client.
