Our Projects

Creek Ridge Development is a 38-acre single-family home subdivision set in a 300-acre overall property. Focus Engineering & Surveying worked with Property Reserve Inc. and Edge Homes on the development of the first 38 acres of this community. The adjacent ten acres are anticipated to be a multi-family/townhome project.

Existing infrastructure and off-site improvements were a challenge. We worked closely with Herriman City to ensure both would be ready to service the new homes. As part of improvements, Focus designed a new sediment basin to aid in sediment control from the vast amount of undeveloped, agricultural property that surrounds the property. This sediment basin is designed to work in conjunction with the overall storm drain master plan for the site.
