Our Projects

This is a single family phase which contains 66 total single family lots.  The Highlands Master Plan in West Jordan spans from 7800 South on the north and down to 8200 South.  It was developed by Peterson Development in partnership with Garbett Homes.  The project is located on rolling terrain on the west side of the city.  This presented challenges to design in order to minimize quantities and to assist the client to plan for the earthworks requirements for the development.  We also needed to work with the city and adjacent developers to plan for the phasing of utilities to ensure all phases of the Englefield development had adequate utility connections relative to adjacent utilities improvement.
