Our Projects

Granite Townhomes are located on the site of the old Granite High School and include 113 three-story townhomes, a clubhouse with pool and spa, and amenity areas built on approximately six acres. The two- and three-bedroom units range from 1350 to 1600 square feet.

The flat site presented challenges with surface drainage and very shallow sewer connections. To control surface drainage, the storm drain system includes curtain drains to mitigate low flow situations. In several areas, the water system had to be looped under the sewer and storm drain to allow the sewer lines to tie into the sewer main connection.

The site is directly east of a new Salt Lake County Library and features ADA-compliant paths from 3300 South to the clubhouse and leasing offices as well into the library parcel.
