Our Projects

This is a large master-planned mixed-use development that Focus Engineering & Surveying has completed, or is in process with the preliminary and final design for over 1,500 residential units.  It is bounded by 5600 West (east) and 6700 West (west), 8200 South (south) and 7200 South (north). 

This masterplan contains single-family residential, duplex, town homes, and apartments, as well as commercial components.  Focus Engineering & Surveying has completed survey work on the majority of the project. 

We have worked with Peterson Development on the entitlement of the project as well as the home builders who have bought portions of the development, such as:  Boyer Company, Ivory Homes, Garbett Homes, Symphony Homes and Uinta Land Investments.
