Holbrook Farms Community Development
Holbrook Farms brings together a large developer and highly respected homebuilder working together on a 700-acre mixed-use development community in Lehi, Utah.
This project is approved to contain over 2,800 total ERUs. Focus Engineering & Surveying completed an ALTA survey on the property and has worked with the client group to obtain an area plan approval from Lehi City.
Final design includes single-family, multi-family and commercial design. From the size and anticipated absorption, Focus Engineering & Surveying will be actively engaged in this project for the next 15 years.
