Lennar engaged Focus Engineering & Surveying to complete structural engineering and drafting for these multi-family townhomes in Lehi, Utah.
Focus looked to maximize placement, performance and function in its initial engineering of the first building and then applied this information to the next buildings to reduce engineering costs and meet quick deadlines.
