Cole is as HIGHLY VALUABLE, DESIRABLE, AND RARE as they come! He has been such a constant example of how to dedicate time to and apply the core ideology in everything we do. Over the last while, I have really started to pick up on the way that Cole mentors those around him. He does such a great job at balancing the bigger picture and the current needs. I see this in the way that he mentors his teammates around him and the clients he interacts with. He is constantly looking for ways to apply the core ideology in each situation. He then teaches it to those around him in the clock-building way. I feel fortunate to be on Cole’s immediate TEAM, as his influence has a positive effect on us each and every day!

We are so lucky to have Cole as a member of the FOCUS TEAM. He always pushes to bring more value to the team. Thank you for your dedication and care that you provide!

Runner-Up: Justin Wapshott—Commitment Under Pressure

I am nominating Justin for EOM because of an experience I had with him on a project recently. We had a deadline that we needed to complete for the client, and Justin showed his HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINT by working on this project throughout the night to get this to the client in the morning. He really showed his values by being able to hit the deadline we committed to for the client. Thank you, Justin, for all you do for the FOCUS TEAM.
