I am nominating Ben for exhibiting the PLATINUM attribute of a HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINT. This month, Ben approached our team about some discrepancies he saw on our plans compared to the information he received. He showed sincere passion and commitment to help the FOCUS TEAM be successful, as this project touched many of our departments. It would be very easy for Ben to proceed with the information he had been given. However, he paused, gave it extra attention, and worked hard to ensure everything was accurate before proceeding. Ben saved us from a costly mistake and deserves your vote this month!

Runner-Up: Austin White—Exceptional Ownership and Responsibility

I nominate Austin White for employee of the month. For the past year I have seen a lot of growth in his leadership and relationship building with clients as he has been given more responsibility within the firm. He has shown the PLATINUM property of being ANTI-NEOPLASTIC. We were recently finalizing a project, and I could tell he was under a great deal of stress. He not only took ownership of his scope of work but ensured that all other departments within FOCUS had their work complete. Holding others accountable is one of his strong suits. I feel we should all model after his example. He has pulled many countless late evenings and early mornings to meet tight deadlines. His PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS is definitely evident in his actions. Austin deserves PLATINUM of the month for May.
