Michael has exhibited the PLATINUM property of MALLEABLE in his efforts to be the BEST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE in our industry. Recently, I was in a meeting where we were discussing COMMUNICATION between the field crews and the office design teams. We were stressing the need for additional and thorough COMMUNICATION beyond the ClickUp request procedure. Austin reported that Michael recently had questions on the extent of topo needed requested a FaceTime call to make sure he understood the field work expectations and site conditions. This exemplifies Michael’s alignment with the FOCUS Core Ideology.
