This past month, Thomas has shown great dedication to KEEPING OUR CLIENTS HAPPY, putting in extra hours and extra effort to ensure that plans were delivered to a client on time. His commitment not only kept the project on track but also demonstrated a level of ownership and responsibility that should inspire the entire TEAM.

He demonstrated the PLATINUM characteristic of a HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINT, staying calm and effective under pressure while keeping the client needs on track.

Thomas’s PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS showed when he stepped up when it mattered most, making sure the client could count on us and get what they needed.

This month we had a big deadline with one of our most important clients. The deadline was moved up on us unexpectedly and we were in a tough spot to get it done. Thomas’ HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINT was amazing. He put in so many extra hours that week, coming in before or after school and staying late into the night several times to make sure we could meet the new deadline. His willingness to jump in and help the TEAM be successful was outstanding. Thank you, Thomas!

I am nominating Thomas for being HIGHLY VALUABLE, DESIRABLE, AND RARE. There are two instances in the recent month that have blown me away from Thomas. Knowing he was returning to school, and knowing our limited capacity to serve a top client via a specific software, he spent extra time writing a process out for our TEAM. He showed passion for our success by giving us the best chance to succeed while he was away. Additionally, when we were short staffed a week ago, and an extremely challenging deadline was asked of us, Thomas came to work in the evenings, after class, working very late, and offering daily personal sacrifices to ensure we met a critical deadline. He went above and beyond to apply the CORE IDEOLOGY, even when it was very inconvenient for him. He is well deserving of your vote this month.

Lili consistently demonstrates the PLATINUM property of HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINTS – PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS by ensuring projects are delivered on time, even when faced with frequent and complex changes from both internal and external clients. She could easily justify delays, yet instead she takes full ownership, adapts quickly, and pushes through challenges to meet deadlines. Her dedication and persistence showcase her passion for serving clients and her ability to remain steady under pressure, making her a true example of reliability and excellence.
