Alley showed how she BONDS EASILY. A project had received rather heavy feedback from the city, internal, and external clients. Alley took the feedback in stride, and became a key player in the solution. She coordinated closely with all those involved, rallied her team, and ensured a successful submittal. This helped build and protect a key client relationship as we delivered a successful plan set to the city.

I would like to nominate Christian for PLATINUM of the Month for going above and beyond his daily tasks to help our team succeed.

This past month, he demonstrated the HIGHLY VALUABLE, DESIRABLE AND RARE PLATINUM property by taking initiative to research different options that helped our team achieve one of our SI goals. His dedication ensured that we were able to successfully complete this milestone.

Any time I ask Christian a question, he not only answers promptly and to the best of his ability, but he also goes out of his way to make sure to give me any additional information/support that could help with the task at hand.

No matter how busy CAD Services is, he will always take time to help other FOCUS departments when support is needed; To me, this demonstrates a strong PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS, as well as HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINTS.

Congratulations to Alley Peo and Christian Broberg! And as always, we are luck to have many who show PLATINUM efforts and characteristics in all of their interactions. The examples of PLATINUM characteristics demonstrated by Alley and Christian and the entire group who were nominated for October are hopefully a motivation for all of us.
