I am nominating Rylee for being ANTI-NEOPLASTIC, though she exhibits many PLATINUM characteristics on a consistent basis. Whenever a client singles out a TEAM member and provides positive feedback for them by name, that is always praiseworthy. Unsolicited by us, the CEO of one of our production companies wrote the following about Rylee: “By the way, Rylee has been going above and beyond to COMMUNICATE with us and let us know where the items are in the process. She is a rock star.” When this client had critical feedback a few months ago regarding our timelines, Rylee put extra effort into this client’s work to secure and protect the relationship, and it has paid off! She has been extremely diligent, organized, and COMMUNICATIVE to ensure the best service for them. She IS a rock star! Please vote for her for PLATINUM of the Month!

Rylee has taken on a new role to help manage one of our clients. We also recently received some critical feedback from this client that Rylee has been helping us address. Through this process she has demonstrated pretty much all of the properties of PLATINUM; in this particular instance, we have identified the PLATINUM quality of ANTI-NEOPLASTIC for her efforts to protect, strengthen and improve a relationship we already have in a very significant client for FOCUS.

In a recent email from this client, he expressed how well we have been doing for them and called out Rylee Specifically saying “Rylee has been going above and beyond to COMMUNICATE with us and let us know where the items are in the process. She is a rock star.”

Cris is highly passionate about his CLIENTS’ SUCCESS – both internal and external. He has MELTING AND BOILING POINTS, no doubt! I really applied some pressure on the staking TEAM regarding their AR. Cris responded to me with his plan for action and then followed through on it. He is highly passionate about ensure our Accounting TEAM can move forward with various projects and shows it by providing us with what we need to get things rolling forward. He also demonstrates this by COMMUNICATING well with his external clients to fully understand THE WHY behind an invoice aging and help them to better understand the services rendered and come to a solution. Cris COMMUNICATES well and strives to push himself outside of his comfort zone to improve. He is consistently learning and growing and I see his PASSION FOR MY SUCCESS, our TEAM’s SUCCESS, and the SUCCESS of his EXTERNAL CLIENTS!

Congratulations to Rylee and Cris! And as always, we are lucky to have many on our TEAM who show PLATINUM efforts and characteristics in all of their interactions.  The examples of PLATINUM characteristics demonstrated by Rylee and Cris and the entire group who were nominated for December are hopefully motivation for all of us to continue applying PLATINUM characteristic in all of our interactions—even as we retire this current theme and move on to the new theme of TRUE? in 2026.
