Winner: Eliot Kang—Understanding Clients

I want to recognize Eliot for his HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINTS in having PASSION FOR CLIENTS’ SUCCESS. Clients love working with Eliot because he understands them. He knows what they need and when they need it. Eliot communicates early and often so that his clients are never second guessing the level of urgency that he has on any request. He values the relationships that we have with clients, and prioritizes timelines which in this industry has really endeared clients to Eliot.

Russ Platt recently mentioned Eliot in particular as one that always meets his deadlines. Because of that, he doesn’t want to use any other engineers besides FOCUS. Eliot is a great example of focusing his attention on having passion for all his clients’ success and knowing that everything else will fall in place.

Tui recently received a great compliment from a client which warrants a nomination for PLATINUM of the Month. This client was very pleased with Tui and his kind demeanor and his follow-up and follow-through on his projects. He said, “Tui is very pleasant to work with and always meets my deadlines.” Thanks, Tui, for being so MALLEABLE and providing such great customer service.
