Victoire has demonstrated she is HIGHLY VALUABLE, DESIRABLE and RARE with her strong desire to improve through learning and mentoring from experiences of failure and success. Victoire has been very open to receiving feedback on ways she can improve. As she is learning, she has been very intentional and is striving to improve—whether it is the processes she is learning, the interactions she is having, or the relationships she is building. Victoire is always asking what she can help with and wants to push her TEAM to be better. She takes loads of notes when learning something new and is constantly asking questions to fully understand. I see the improvements she has made and have been impressed by her drive and desire learn and grow. She deserves to be PLATINUM of the Month!
