The production homes that were completed for Hallmark Homes required quick turnaround times and simple, accurate plans. A Revit base was created for each home type and used for all future re-use plans, allowing for quick engineering and drafting. Costa Vida Midvale Restaurant- Midvale, Utah

FOCUS worked with Terramerica, the original owner of the site, to develop this location. Because the site is relatively steep, grading and accessibility were specific challenges to our design. Our services included boundary and topographical survey, preliminary and final plats, site civil engineering, landscape and irrigation design, and SWPPP preparation.

The Parc at Day Dairy- Draper, Utah

Through his earlier involvement with the project, Focus project manager Eric Winters was tasked with converting an existing site solution for a completely different type of construction. Focus worked through the grading design to provide changes to the parking lot, update sewer and storm drain systems, and provide ADA standards for accessible design to the new buildings. Existing utilities were redesigned for removal and reconstructed in new locations.
