Brandon Park Open Space Park- Eagle Mountain, Utah
Designed in collaboration with both Edge Homes and Eagle Mountain City, this 12-acre park features pickleball and basketball courts, a hammock grove, soccer fields, walking trails, playgrounds, and other popular park amenities. Accommodating a large stormwater management system for the surrounding neighborhood within the park was one of the main design challenges. The FOCUS team, working in conjunction with Edge Homes and Eagle Mountain City, designed a system that accomplished the drainage needs without limiting the park’s recreational space.

Arrival- Eagle Mountain, Utah
As FOCUS engineers developed the storm drain and flood control master plan for the community, they recognized the soils would prove challenging for locating septic tanks. FOCUS worked with Eagle Mountain City to address drainage requirements while configuring the best project layout to meet ordinances. By collaborating closely with the geotechnical engineer to identify site-specific conditions, lot layouts were adjusted to meet local and State Health code requirements.

Ivory Ridge- Lehi, Utah
This master-planned community encompasses 366 acres and features a diverse selection of residential product types. Located on the east side of Lehi, Ivory Ridge offers easy access to the freeway and stunning mountain views.

Madison Parkway Office Building- South Jordan, Utah
The office building is located on a busy corner of State Route 151 that was undergoing a significant amount of improvement. Focus Engineering & Surveying carried out site civil and structural engineering services in conjunction with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) road widening and asphalt project.

Seasons Estates & Townhomes- Lehi, Utah
Homes located on the hillside required extensive retaining wall systems, gravity walls, and keystone block walls. Storm drain management required stormwater detention.

Discovery Ridge- Summit Park, Utah
Located just 15 minutes from Park City’s Main Street and downtown Salt Lake City, Discovery Ridge is a beautiful 72-acre mountain residential development. This integrated community of affordable and market-rate housing includes 54 townhomes and 43 single-family homes, all with two-car garages. Thirty of these units are classified as deed-restricted housing for those working in the area’s essential services.
