Juniper Estates Residential Subdivision- Herriman, Utah

FOCUS provided engineering and survey for this 50-lot residential subdivision, phase 3 of 5. We prepared detailed rough and precise grading plans and created an earthworks spreadsheet to account for the roadway section, utility trenches, basement spoils, and the finish grade minus existing grade.

Seasons at Southpoint- Draper, Utah

The Seasons at Southpoint apartment complex, comprised of 120 apartment units with underground parking garages, is an impressive, luxurious community in Draper City, Utah. Sited with breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley, the community includes amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and welcoming open spaces.

Draper Mill- Draper, Utah

Draper Mill is comprised of 31 townhome units built in a growing neighborhood and provides a transition and buffer between the residential neighborhood to the north and high traffic and commercial corridor of 12300 South.

Jordan Bluffs- Midvale, Utah

Built on the site of an old steel mill, these apartment complexes required a unique grading effort to make the site functional.

Aderra Apartments- Roy, Utah

FOCUS provided full-service surveying and engineering of 11 phases of this project. The site is over 137+ acres and includes 700 lots on a very flat site.

Day Ranch Energy-Efficient Community- South Jordan, Utah

Located minutes from I-15 and Bangerter Highway, Day Ranch is Woodside Home’s energy-efficient community that offers quick access to Silicone Slopes, shopping centers, and outdoor recreation areas. The residential development features 487 townhomes and 34 single-family lots on approximately 48 acres.

The Parc at Day Dairy- Draper, Utah

Through his earlier involvement with the project, Focus project manager Eric Winters was tasked with converting an existing site solution for a completely different type of construction. Focus worked through the grading design to provide changes to the parking lot, update sewer and storm drain systems, and provide ADA standards for accessible design to the new buildings. Existing utilities were redesigned for removal and reconstructed in new locations.

Madison Parkway Office Building- South Jordan, Utah

The office building is located on a busy corner of State Route 151 that was undergoing a significant amount of improvement. Focus Engineering & Surveying carried out site civil and structural engineering services in conjunction with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) road widening and asphalt project.
