Luis demonstrated his HIGHLY VALUABLE, DESIRABLE AND RARE property when he gave critical feedback to our team. In his feedback, he applied the FOCUS Core Ideology to figure out the root of a departmental problem. His feedback has led to a realignment of priorities within the construction staking (CS) department. Because of this, the entire CS department is on a better track to build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external clients.

I want to nominate Maggie for PLATINUM of the Month for demonstrating the characteristics of HIGH MELTING AND BOILING POINTS. Maggie has been assigned a lot of responsibilities from training new employees to coordinating with clients and she has exceeded all expectations. She has also taken on the role of doing house layouts and she continues to attack every task with enthusiasm and dedication. Maggie not only shows PASSION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS; she also shows passion for the TEAM‘s success.
