Holbrook Village- Lehi, Utah
FOCUS structural engineers designed the buildings with wood framing and wood shear walls along with a combination of trusses and stick framing. Unique elevation types required modified trusses to achieve deck roof vaulting.

BMC Office Addition and Canopy- West Jordan, Utah
FOCUS did a thorough review of the current building code to ensure having a flexible floor with a rigid masonry wall system met all necessary requirements while also value engineering the structural design to meet the client’s budget.

Oquirrh Meadows Phase 5- Magna, Utah
Our CAD Services team drafted the complete home plan set for the entire subdivision of single-family homes, including floor plans, elevations, sections, framing plans, shear plans, and graded site plans.

Menlove Toyota- Bountiful, Utah
FOCUS provided full-service surveying and engineering of 11 phases of this project. The site is over 137+ acres and includes 700 lots on a very flat site.

Clearstone Subdivision- West Valley, CIty
The production homes that were completed for Hallmark Homes required quick turnaround times and simple, accurate plans. A Revit base was created for each home type and used for all future re-use plans, allowing for quick engineering and drafting. Through this process, structural engineering was able to complete within just a few hours. Working with our in-house CAD Services team, we were able to get the final product to the client within five business days.

Day Ranch Energy-Efficient Community- South Jordan, Utah
Located minutes from I-15 and Bangerter Highway, Day Ranch is Woodside Home’s energy-efficient community that offers quick access to Silicone Slopes, shopping centers, and outdoor recreation areas. The residential development features 487 townhomes and 34 single-family lots on approximately 48 acres.

LHM Lexus- Murray, Utah
This custom showcase facility features an aluminum and glass exterior buttressed with limestone, natural wood paneling and polished stone tile floors. It was designed to meet the design elements of the Lexus brand with the spatial needs and functions of a working automotive dealership.

Madison Parkway Office Building- South Jordan, Utah
The office building is located on a busy corner of State Route 151 that was undergoing a significant amount of improvement. Focus Engineering & Surveying carried out site civil and structural engineering services in conjunction with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) road widening and asphalt project.

The Grove Townhomes- Lehi, Utah
Lennar engaged Focus Engineering & Surveying to work with Think Architecture to complete structural engineering and drafting for these multi-family townhomes in Lehi, Utah.
