Ganesh Center- Midvale, Utah
This two-story mixed-use building includes a restaurant, grocery store and office space. The 14,000 SF structure employs creative design elements to buffer higher intensity uses along Fort Union Boulevard from adjacent existing residential uses.

BMC Office Addition and Canopy- West Jordan, Utah
FOCUS did a thorough review of the current building code to ensure having a flexible floor with a rigid masonry wall system met all necessary requirements while also value engineering the structural design to meet the client’s budget.

Menlove Toyota- Bountiful, Utah
FOCUS provided full-service surveying and engineering of 11 phases of this project. The site is over 137+ acres and includes 700 lots on a very flat site.

Costa Vida Midvale Restaurant- Midvale, Utah
FOCUS worked with Terramerica, the original owner of the site, to develop this location. Because the site is relatively steep, grading and accessibility were specific challenges to our design. Our services included boundary and topographical survey, preliminary and final plats, site civil engineering, landscape and irrigation design, and SWPPP preparation.

LHM Lexus- Murray, Utah
This custom showcase facility features an aluminum and glass exterior buttressed with limestone, natural wood paneling and polished stone tile floors. It was designed to meet the design elements of the Lexus brand with the spatial needs and functions of a working automotive dealership.

The Parc at Day Dairy- Draper, Utah
Through his earlier involvement with the project, Focus project manager Eric Winters was tasked with converting an existing site solution for a completely different type of construction. Focus worked through the grading design to provide changes to the parking lot, update sewer and storm drain systems, and provide ADA standards for accessible design to the new buildings. Existing utilities were redesigned for removal and reconstructed in new locations.

Madison Parkway Office Building- South Jordan, Utah
The office building is located on a busy corner of State Route 151 that was undergoing a significant amount of improvement. Focus Engineering & Surveying carried out site civil and structural engineering services in conjunction with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) road widening and asphalt project.

Mountain Tech Center- Pleasant Grove, Utah
The Mountain Tech Center office building is a steel-framed structure. FOCUS Engineering & Surveying was brought in mid-project to help overcome structural engineering and field issues, including numerous project RFIs. Through extensive coordination with the owner and contractors, FOCUS resolved the issues and managed the RFIs promptly and accurately.
